 The people in the country facing the problem of  COVID-19 . It is very important for each and every people to stay healthy at home. The people who go to gym for them they may  be a little bit  problem and they are few people who are being a bit lazy of doing the workout at home.

 It is very important to be healthy and fit  at home. But without doing nothing it just cant not going to happen it, and for being fit it is not compulsory to have a chef and personal trainer The journey can be start by a simple planning and a few small changes, you can easily incorporate a simple diet and good fitness habits into your daily life.



Now lets start following these simple steps to be healthy and fit

1.Exercise Daily




It is very important to do exercise daily at a right time to be healthy, but now a days people are at home.  If they do the exercise they will not do at right time ,mostly people who stay at home they getup at afternoon at that time they try to do the workout .But the right time to do the exercise in the morning hours the exercise are like running, jogging, walking etc. But if people are busy with there work schedule and some student are busy with there studies for that reason if they cant do workout at the morning then be sure that you are eating healthy breakfast like oatmeal, yogurt, fruits etc . So, that the food can be easily digested. 

2.  Yoga and Meditation




Yoga and meditation has become increasing popular in today's buys society. For many people, Yoga provides a retreat from their chaotic and busy lives. But for being healthy everyone need to do yoga and meditation everyday in the morning .

Maintaining a regular yoga practice can provide physical and mental health benefit and the purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.


3.  Maintain a Healthy Diet




Eating healthy diet is not about strict limitation or depriving yourself of food you love.Rather, its about feeling great, having more energy, and boosting your mood .Healthy eating does not have to overly complicated.

The cornerstone of a healthy diet should be to replace processed food with the real food  and healthy food .By using the simple tips, you can cut through the confusion and learn  how to create and stick to a tasty and varied of nutritious food.

Just we all need to balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates,fiber,vitamins and minerals in our diets to sustain healthy body.


4. Healthy Sleeping Patterns



After having spent an entire day juggling between the meetings, stressful situations, food habits and running errands, it is important to unplug and recharge your own energy.

Practice on setting up a dedicated time to go to sleep and cover up on at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night to let your body rejuvenate and recharge from the daily trauma.

The more number of deep sleep hours brings health and happiness into life. It restores body health! 

5. Drinking more Water




Water is detoxifying and there is no alternative to water. For optimum functioning of the body, our body needs proper hydration. And the single most productive aid to this is water.

Drinking at least 16 glasses of water daily is essential to maintain a healthy digestive tract, energy and balance.

Keep drinking throughout the day and catch up on hydration for your body to heal naturally and flush out the toxins. It’s a natural healer.
